H-60 SAS Amplifier OTPS
Application-specific test program set for SCATS bench verification of H-60 SAS amplifiers.
The H-60 SAS Amplifier OTPS enables bench-level verification of SAS amplifier units in conjunction with the SCATS platform.
This test program operates in conjunction with the SCATS platform and is not a standalone solution.
This OTPS extends SCATS into a defined component domain so suspected amplifier failures can be verified before replacement action is locked in.

These amplifier lines are associated with the Stability Augmentation System (SAS) in H-60 applications, including H-60A/L aircraft and related Seahawk derivatives covered by ULTRAX Stab/SAS support materials.
Public NSN records associate this line with Sikorsky aircraft applications and related military designation records. The NSN has been in active supply records for decades.
In our estimation, at least 50% of pulled SAS amplifier PN / NSN units are ultimately No Fault Found (NFF), meaning the problem remains on the aircraft rather than in the avionic itself.
