CH-47 D/F FADEC Continuity Test Set (FCTS)
Preserves the connected FADEC electrical state through a powered-down passive scan for CH-47 D/F Chinook.
The CH-47 FADEC Continuity Test Set provides a bulk-measurement path in place of one-pin-at-a-time DMM checks across the FADEC wiring system. Used with the UxValidator™ Series II, the FCTS PET Scanner captures the connected electrical state through a powered-down passive scan, preserving the system condition before stepwise measurement begins to fragment the evidence.
This configuration operates in conjunction with the UxValidator Series II platform and is not a standalone solution.
Real-time pin pair test and measure capability supports focused follow-up where the bulk scan flags an outlier. Testing requires no aircraft electrical power, operates in static state, and fits inside the electrical integrity check the maintainer is already required to perform. The PET Scanner captures thousands of passive electrical measurements through LRU, in the fully connected system. Together, these measurements form a dynamic and useful state of condition in which any particular outlier becomes the accurate and actionable intelligence necessary to increase Net Gains in Safety, Readiness, and Savings.
