H-60 Stab Position / Limit Switch Pod Set
Presents stabilator position sensor and limit switch condition at the aircraft or on the bench for H-60 A/L/M Black Hawk, HH-60G Pave Hawk, HH-60W Jolly Green II, and S-70i/M.
The H-60 Stab Position / Limit Switch Pod Set, used with the UxValidator™ Series II, presents stabilator position sensor and limit switch condition at the aircraft or on the bench. The maintainer can verify and adjust position-sensor and limit-switch settings without moving between workstations.
This configuration operates in conjunction with the UxValidator Series II platform and is not a standalone solution.
For the H-60M, the Pod Set eliminates the inaccuracies that the A/L analog gauge introduces when adjusting the position sensor. For the H-60A/L, accuracy improves by eliminating the impedance variations between substitute indicators used at the AVIM and those installed in the aircraft. Simultaneous display of all switches alongside their voltage and corresponding stabilator position permits easy adjustment of the up and down limits.
