Warranty Policy

Limited warranty terms for ULTRAX equipment and related repair or refurbishment services.

One-Year Limited Warranty

ULTRAX equipment is warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of shipment.

During that period, ULTRAX may, at its sole option, repair or replace components that fail in normal use. Covered repair or replacement is provided without charge for parts or labor.

Freight responsibility

The customer is responsible for inbound freight transportation to ULTRAX.

ULTRAX is responsible for outbound freight transportation back to the customer within the continental United States.

Coverage exclusions

• Cosmetic damage such as scratches, nicks, or dents.
• Consumable parts, unless equipment damage resulted from a defect in materials or workmanship.
• Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, flood, fire, acts of nature, or other external causes.
• Service performed by a party that is not an authorized ULTRAX service provider.
• Equipment modified or altered without written permission from ULTRAX.

UxCare support program

The ULTRAX UxCare support program, including repair, refurbishment, and similar services, carries the same one-year limited warranty described above unless other contractual terms control.

Removed parts and replacement parts

ULTRAX owns all parts removed from repaired equipment unless other contractual terms have been accepted.

ULTRAX may use new parts and, from time to time, remanufactured parts that meet the same quality standards as new parts when performing warranty repair and similar services.

Other than the express warranty stated on this page, ULTRAX makes no warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, relating to the equipment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ULTRAX disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
