What it is

UxCare

UxCare is the ongoing installed-base support program for ULTRAX systems already in service. It covers the recurring equipment needs that keep fielded connection and verification systems current, serviceable, documented, and ready for use as the decision environment evolves.

Standard program structures include 3-year UxCare programs and 5-year UxCare programs, depending on the continuity and support horizon required.

It anchors adjacent service models such as UxAccess, field-tech training, and ongoing coordination for SCATS, OTPS, UxValidator, and related ULTRAX environments already in use. Refurbishment remains the deeper restoration path when equipment is no longer simply in the normal support cycle.

UxCare is delivered through the UxSatellite service network, which keeps support closer to the operating region while preserving continuity with our tooling, standards, and support judgment.

Global service delivery

UxCare is supported through the UxSatellite service network.

We support owned equipment through U.S. operations and a regional service-partner network operating through the UxSatellite program. This structure keeps service regionally reachable, shortens response paths, and preserves continuity with our methods, calibration standards, and service coordination across operating regions.

Europe and the Middle East are supported through our UxSatellite partner PZL-Mielec in Mielec, Poland.

Regional service delivery may draw on SCATS and other ULTRAX technologies where appropriate, but those capabilities remain components within the broader support stack rather than the service-delivery program itself.
