Solutions
Connect at the aircraft. Verify at the avionic. Sustain across the lifecycle.
The voice of the aircraft tells us its condition evidence across the sustainment cycle forming continuity of understanding across H-60, S-70, CH-47, and adjacent rotary and fixed-wing fleets.
Three categories. Pick the one that matches the decision in front of you.
ULTRAX work is organized around three categories. They are peers, not stages — most engagements begin in whichever category matches the decision in front of you.
- On-Wing Aircraft Connection — Connect to the aircraft so condition evidence is preserved before action disturbs it. UxValidator Series II and configurations.
- Bench-Level Avionics Connection — Verify suspect avionics before replacement. SCATS, Bench Avionics Testing, OTPS.
- Installed-Base Support — Sustain fielded ULTRAX systems and customer operations across the lifecycle. UxCare, UxAccess, Refurbishment, Field Tech Training.
See this in practice. Four common decision contexts that cross the categories:
Preserved evidence keeps decisions defensible when symptoms don't reproduce on the bench (NFF), stays attached to the specific airframe across cycles (Tail-Number Certainty), captures behavior across diverging configurations without flattening real differences (Mixed Configurations), and supports defensible release decisions at the component level through Bench Avionics Testing (Return-to-Service Verification).
Looking for an aircraft-specific path? Start with H-60 / S-70 or CH-47. Adjacent rotary and fixed-wing applications are handled case by case — talk to us.
Three categories. One operating principle.
The three categories above are not separate product lines. They are three application points of the same operating principle: preserve aircraft condition evidence at its source, and carry it into the next decision. On-Wing connects at the source. Bench-Level connects at the component. Installed-Base Support sustains the methodology across the lifecycle. Each category, taken alone, is useful. Taken together, they form continuity of understanding that no single category produces on its own.
What follows is the deep-dive on each category — what it contains, how it applies to the platforms ULTRAX supports, and the decision contexts it best serves.
On-Wing Aircraft Connection
Connect to the aircraft so condition evidence is preserved at its source. These solutions support disciplined observation during operation, surface earlier signals before removals or swaps disturb behavior, and clarify intermittent symptoms, mixed configurations, and ambiguous fault patterns before uncertainty drives action.
UxValidator Series
UxValidator Series is the on-wing aircraft connection foundation. The current generation, UxValidator Series II, is purpose-built for disciplined observation in operational environments — listening to the aircraft as it actually behaves, not just as it presents on inspection.

Baselining Sensor Kit (BLSK)
A powered-down passive electrical scan available within electrical integrity checks already performed in ULTRAX-supported workflows. Where current procedures call for one-pin-at-a-time verification, BLSK provides a bulk-measurement path that preserves connected-state evidence without replacing existing manuals or authority.
BLSK applies at the aircraft level today. The same passive electrical scan technology is currently in pilot at the bench level inside select pilot participants — same underlying technology, different application point.
Platform application
On-Wing Aircraft Connection applies across H-60 / S-70 and CH-47. Adjacent rotary and fixed-wing applications are handled case by case.
Where this leads
Preserved aircraft evidence is the foundation for downstream decisions. See how the same evidence base supports Tail-Number Certainty, Mixed Configurations, and NFF decision contexts.
Bench-Level Avionics Connection
Verify suspect avionics before replacement. These solutions connect at the component level, reduce defensive removals, decrease unknown-condition inventory, and support defensible return-to-service decisions. When on-wing evidence is preserved early, bench verification becomes more meaningful — bench results get interpreted against a stronger decision context.
SCATS and Bench Avionics Testing
SCATS is the supported fielded bench-level connection environment, with verification domains spanning multiple platforms and avionics families. New inbound verification demand is increasingly delivered through Bench Avionics Testing — same underlying verification domains, structured for new avionics inquiries by part number or NSN.

BLSK at the bench
Baselining Sensor Kit (introduced in On-Wing above) is currently in pilot at the bench level inside select pilot participants — same passive electrical scan technology applied at the component level. As bench application matures, BLSK becomes a cross-category capability rather than an On-Wing-only offering.
Where this leads
Bench-level verification feeds two decision contexts directly: No Fault Found (NFF) — where SCATS and Bench Avionics Testing surface what bench-only inspection misses, especially when on-wing evidence was preserved upstream — and Return-to-Service Verification — where preserved condition evidence supports defensible release decisions at the component level.
Installed-Base Support
Sustain fielded ULTRAX systems and customer operations across the lifecycle. These services preserve continuity of understanding, serviceability, and decision support across shifts, organizations, and time horizons — so the connection and verification methods deployed in On-Wing Aircraft Connection and Bench-Level Avionics Connection remain current, usable, and defensible as fleets evolve.
UxCare
UxCare is the continuity layer around fielded ULTRAX systems. Ongoing 3-year and 5-year program structures keep installed equipment current, supported, and accountable to the same standards the systems were deployed under. Calibration, repair, firmware, manuals, and field coordination all run through UxCare for customers operating ULTRAX equipment.
Service offerings in this category
- UxCare — Ongoing 3-year and 5-year installed-base support programs
- UxAccess — Access-without-purchase model for ULTRAX systems
- Refurbishment — Deep restoration to defined service condition
- Field Tech Training — Customer-team enablement on ULTRAX systems and methods
- Engineering / Lifecycle Support — Cross-program engineering coordination across the installed base
- UxSatellite — Authorized regional service partner network (international delivery)
Sustainment continuity in practice
Installed-Base Support is the category where the principle of continuity of understanding shows up most directly. Use these services when the challenge is no longer isolated hardware but sustained continuity across fielding, lifecycle change, verification demand, and operational follow-through. UxSatellite extends that posture internationally — regionally reachable, faster to access, continuous with ULTRAX standards.
Where this leads
Installed-Base Support sits between long-term sustainment needs and Mutual Value Discipline. If the right engagement model isn't clear yet:

Why ULTRAX — How we engage selectively and what that means for the engagement model.
Global footprint
ULTRAX technology is deployed across every continent and dozens of countries that operate H-60, S-70, and CH-47 variants.
Wherever H-60 / S-70 and CH-47 fleets fly, ULTRAX systems are part of the sustainment infrastructure that keeps them flying. International delivery runs through the UxSatellite network of authorized regional service partners — regionally reachable, faster to access, continuous with ULTRAX standards.
The installed base spans direct military operators, foreign military sales programs, partner-operated fleets, and demilitarized civilian operators across multiple continents. The same On-Wing Aircraft Connection, Bench-Level Avionics Connection, and Installed-Base Support categories described above apply consistently across every deployment context.
Why this matters
Global deployment requires sustainment discipline. The methodology and authority preservation that work on a US Army hangar floor work the same way on a partner-operated fleet across the world. ULTRAX brings the same standards, the same evidence preservation discipline, and the same selective engagement model to every operator — wherever the aircraft fly.
Find your path
Pick the entry point that matches your operating context. Each leads into platform-specific or capability-specific paths within the three categories above.
- H-60 / S-70 variants — Sustainment paths for Black Hawk, Seahawk, and S-70 family operators.
- CH-47 variants — Sustainment paths for Chinook family operators.
- Already operating ULTRAX systems — Customer support, UxCare, UxAccess, calibration, repair, firmware, manuals.
- Tail-Number Certainty — When you need preserved evidence attached to a specific airframe across cycles.
- Adjacent rotary and fixed-wing fleets — Handled case by case. Talk to us.
Delivery models
ULTRAX solutions can be delivered through acquisition, service program, subscription, or access-based engagement depending on the decision environment and the continuity required.
- Acquisition — Direct purchase of ULTRAX systems with optional UxCare support.
- Service program — Multi-year structured programs (3-year, 5-year) with defined deliverables and accountability through UxCare.
- Subscription — Recurring access to ULTRAX capabilities without direct acquisition.
- Access-based engagement — UxAccess model: customer accesses ULTRAX capabilities on demand without ownership of the underlying systems.
The delivery model supports the architecture. It does not replace it.
